To get to us, you have to drive along the cheese road, through green hills full of flowers, with the Alps in view. In the midst of this natural setting, we – as experienced milk processors – decided to rethink cheese production. We wanted to create a plant-based alternative so as to preserve the environment and its resources. Not only for today, but for future generations, too.
